Delivery, Delivery Time, Delivery Address, and Delivery Delay

Shipping takes place daily from Monday to Friday. Goods leave our warehouse on the day of the receipt of payment, two to three days afterwards at the latest. Please consider that a transfer can take three to four working days. As a rule, delivery within Germany takes place 24 hours later via DPD. If there is a weekend or holiday in between, the time is prolonged accordingly. The statements made here regarding delivery periods are non-binding. Collection of the purchased item is not possible.

Goods are sent automatically to the given address. Please ensure that the information given is current. If you would like the shipment to be sent to a different address, please inform us immediately via e-mail. The item number and member name must be included.
